1. What time do orders need to be placed to ship the same day?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+0)United kingdom, Monday to Friday, are processed and prepared for shipment the same day.
Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

2. How long does shipping take?

All rosemy.uk products undergo a quality inspection before shipping.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

If you wish to return an item for personal preference, or change of mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
